Anyone ever taken an 80% lower and had it drilled out by a machinist or gunsmith? Know approximate cost? Can't imagine this would take them more than 30-40 minutes .

Not legal for them to do it because they then become the manufacturer.

It is only legal if you complete the work but you can have a 07 FFL do it for you they would then become the manufacturer but don't know of any that would do it.
