I currently own a 2014 FX2 V6 ecoboost with roughly 150k miles on it. My change oil light came on earlier than expected so I went to have it changed. It appears I have a BAD leak but it is minimally dripping.

I had a diagnostic ran, and it is the turbo chargers, seals, and other hardware that is needed. I have a quote of roughly 7K. YUP, 7K. Labor costs are a bitch. My truck's value is about 15K. Should I drop the cash and fix it or should I trade it in?

I have the money do to either. And if I do, which full-size pickups do you guys recommend?

My only real requirements are having an electric sliding back window and a backup camera.

Thanks

I'd get rid of that bomb. Just sayin. I'd get an older truck with a V8. You start pushing extra HP out of an engine and you're asking for problems. Just the way it is. I couldn't in my right mind recommend any new vehicle. That's why I said older. Nothin and I mean nothin makes any sense about these new ones. Nothin
