Does AGM process any repair work under warranty or just replace?

I've held back on buying one since most companies source out manufacturing to China and don't support the item after the warranty is over.

Nice find, a little too late for me... I'm not 100% sure on if they do in-house or not but I did hear that they stand behind their product and help the customer even if they are a little in the wrong with things. Not sure about other companies....

I've owned 2 thermals from AGM. They make quality products that have never given me any trouble.
