He is probably talking about the Magpul mags, but they are all I run and have been nothing but reliable. I would go with them over steel any day of the week.

Same. All my metal ones perform just as my Magpuls.

Yep and I prefer the metal, they're what we had in the service and they feel right in my big clumsy hands, but the Magpul's havent let me down either.

They're most likely just trying to blow out the older Gen Magpuls without the reinforced feed lips. And the Croatians might be Gen1. I'm sure both will work just fine, but I imagine that's the "catch".

Magpuls won't last. The all plastic ones at least. Good range mags for playing around but they can warp over time if left loaded and the plastic construction doesn't hold up over thousands of rounds.

It's fine if you're ok with that, just seems like a way of slipping in some crap that won't sell very well otherwise.
