I have seen a boatload of these for sale in the past 2 months they are typically used with low round count. Does the novelty just wear off? What are the good and bad points. Not in the market just curiosity, The one I see is the "full size" more than others.
What say the ODT community?
I also see them priced all over the board with very little visible variations all all with pretty low round counts... Hood Sweeper? SBR Projects. Suppression?

Same quality/durability as a WASR = Reliable.
Fit/finish same as a WASR.
Takes the same handguards as standard stamp rifles.
Barrels are about 12.5 inches. Many consider it optimal length with some extra blast.
For those that dont install a good brace, the novelty wears off and it has been one of the more common AK pistols available that were/should be inexpensive relatively... without the extras.

Those were my thoughts, but I wanted some verification. Thanks! Have you ever owned one?

922r= US made trigger, magazine, furniture. Sometimes parts like the piston.

The BCG, bolt, barrel, receiver, etc... the core of the foreign rifles imported are still original.
The mag well of Dracos should be more consistent over the older imported WASRs.

Great AK’s when they were $350-$550 (which wasn’t long ago) but the sig braces made them more usable and popular so drove the prices up. I personally think the full-size Draco is the best size for ergo’s and practicality

Draco’s are 100% Romanian factory, magwell’s, surplus mag fitment and are in pre-ban configuration.. meaning there’s absolutely no US parts in them, not molested by anyone on this side of the ocean.. no 922r as imported pistols are exempt.

So there’s actually little comparison to WASR as WASR is imported in single stack and magwell is milled or filed out here in US, barrel stubs are modified here and then there are US parts installed to meet 922R complianice.

I have a factory SIG brace if anyone needs one.
