Looks like possibly a Polish underfolder parts kit build. Front sight gas block is a Definitive Arms adjustable gas block, great for shooting suppressed. Optic mount is a Sabrewerks KOP mount, i have one and absolutely love it, can switch optics on the fly. Just with price of a parts kit and the parts he used, I'd say you did very well.

My thought was is they were only making 762 Magazines Way back then they did not have 556 so for it to be real bake light it just wasn’t possible. That’s just what I was thinking in my head. Thank you again for your advice and input!!!!
