As much of a scumbag religious cult as they are, the preservation of their 1st Amendment rights helps to guarantee our own. I disagree with them strongly, but they must be allowed a voice. I would hope they we, as a group, realize the constitution is for everyone without exeption.

They have a right to their opinion but they do not have a right to torture families of fallen soldiers and children at their funerals. The honor guard has done an excellent job of keeping them at bay at funerals.

The Supreme Court has already stated that they do have the right to protest at funerals. However, the local jurisdictions can limit their location, require permits and so forth.
