Never ordered any firearms online from them, I could not figure out how to ship it to an FFL. How would you go about doing it through their website?

Just list your FFL info as the shipping address and they usually take care of everything else . I did that the first time and called and made sure all was well . never had any issues

I placed my order and then called my ffl and gave him my order number, the fax and phone number to PSA and he took it from there. Very easy.
