Bro Sunday work with us ain't no charge. This is just me and other more experienced guys trying to help out other members so our team can stay sharp, as long as you are an SBG member, bring your gloves and shin guards and show up. Also fyi gym is closed this friday saturday sunday. the gym is closed for a fall camp they got going on. So this Sunday we will meet up at like 11:30 at the park. to get some training in.
