I don't know how or when people with jobs that protect products there family eats became so willynilly with food safety . It's a out of sight out of mind thing , why do you notify a food factory about upcoming inspection, how bad was it really before your pre inspection cleaning .
It's crazy but I spent most of my adult life overseas and never got food poisoning, got sick from deli meat . Then I started looking at all the notices daily veggies , eggs ,meat .
$15 a pound the meat should have been hand rubbed and completely chemical free
I don't understand how a food or food prep company would ever think about profit over food safety.
Don't even get me started on the gmo stuff that has killed folks in past
Fat and lazy , sick or half dead from disease , wtf is going on with our food
the past 12 years I hunt alot for meat , I have alot of frozen meat 1500+ lbs , I run solar power
Grow most of my veggies , buy some seafood . Everyday this food recalls are getting worse someone just missed the listeria during planned inspection
Be safe and pay attention to what you eat
It's getting very scary at the grocery store which should be safe
We must question practicing if it's comfortable and helpful to retailers
Food safety is very important to everyone , why would you ever shortcut that ?
