Anyone ever seen an antique axe head with 3 cutting edges?

I bought one in an antique store in TN but cannot find any info on it. These are factory beveled edges and not something someone ground on their own. It appears to use a handle meant for a double bit axe. It's nearly 10 inches wide. All three edges are sharp
