anyone know about this knife?

found this a while back and stuck it in a drawer. It looks like it could be old from the little bit of googling I've done. it is marked "BUCK 3031" on the large blade, but no marking on the case...and most buck knives I've found pics of have a logo on the somewhere else.

just curious if it's worth anything or should go in the tackle box. any info would be appreciated.

usually this type of knife has more sentimental value as a family piece rather than dollar value. it has a nice grain pattern.

I have one just like it my uncle left me when he passed, he bought it back in the 80's. I think he paid about $30 for it.

Looks like a medium stockman style, same design as the Case I tote..

I like those knives small reliable beaters used value on it is between $10 to $20 <---on the high side depending on condition. Like another member said sentimental value as a family piece rather than dollar value. Nice knife
