I was planing to build a shed (15X24) in my back yard... But HOA kinda messed with my project, needed a bunch of affidavit, including one from electrician contractor, to be able to apply for permit with the City. - So, I gave up!

And I have these TWO brand new Comfort View 36 X 60 Windows.
You can drive by my House and pick them up any day... Just PM me...
NOTE: I may have some other stuff to give away when you come!

My Bride wanted a gated community 20 years ago..I smiled and bought 8 acres with a stream and built the house, here on my Mountain..Ah no I did not do the HOA crap, where they tell you what you can do and not do, with your property while also paying a fee just to live in the community...I simply put a gate half way down my drive, with a entrance sign to our property..Never did understand the HOA crap, but to each their own..
