I believe it’s an Astra 400 that is most likely chambered for 9mm largo.
Price is hard in that condition, maybe around $200-250. Better condition ones with a holster are being sold for around $350 online.

Ammoseek doesn’t turn anything up for it. The last time I looked a couple years ago it could be ordered but was not cheap.

Yes, looks like a 400 in 9 Largo. Astra is a Spanish weapons manufacturer, pretty cool pistol IMO. 9x23 Largo is pretty hard to find, how many rounds are you thinking?
