And the 9 new examiners which were 2 weeks from starting to accept forms got fired due to the sequester. Yes, to save money they fired revenue generating positions. sign....

Unfortunately, the new examiners that were slotted to be hired were cut due to the sequester. While they are not firing any examiners, the times will continue to increase because of the increased volume of forms. In a meeting with the ATF, we were told that they will retain the slots for the research assistants, and that the e-forms process is still moving forward.

I think all form 1 and form 4 that deals with corps/trust should take no longer than a ffl form 3 to ffl. Everything is already on file with NFA.

Mine has been in pending status since 4/22 called linda and she told me 9 months now..I figured 1 week to check cashed 6 weeks till pending and then 6 months till approved...was looking at october but now that is not gonna be and I already have a bunch on a trust..UGG. DD
