I can do it at TruPrep in Marietta, but I would have to see the barrel and take measurements. As inexpensive at threaded 10/22 barrels are, you may be better off just replacing the barrel.
The 10/22 barrel is held in place by a couple of bolts.
The other complication is that some 10/22 barrels have the fore sight way down right on the muzzle, so when it's threaded, you lose the fore sight - this might or might not matter to you.
