Best priced stripped lower NOT from PSA?

Ok, so I know about the deals on Palmetto State Armory for their lowers and the Anderson ones sold there right now for $49. I have no issues with PSA stuff, I have ordered from them several times and always been satisfied. However, I am currently looking for something else and I really don't like that horse on the Anderson lower (sorry).

Besides those folks, who has the best price on stripped lowers right now? (any other brand-Spikes, Noveske, Colt, Bushmaster, Del-ton, whoever)
It can be a blem or a clean one.

Where are the OTHER deals on lowers right now?

I picked up a Spikes Tactical Spider lower a Fourth Armory today for $79 out the door. Not a blem or 2nd run but first quality. I thought that was pretty decent. Super nice people too.
