Our 25th anniversary is coming up in a few weeks and we are going to Biloxi and play some poker. Its our 1st trip there and was wondering what else there is to do there and which casino's to hit. We are staying at the Beau Rivage. Any tips would be appreciated. I want to make sure the Mrs. has a good time.

Thanks in advance

I like the Beau Rivage nice pool, good restaurants. Try Mary Mahoneys for dinner across from Beau.
Scarlet Pearl is a new Casino near by my wife likes it.
New Orleans is 90 miles away if you've never been or she's never been (not my favorite place).
Good Luck!

I am from there and I visit my parents frequently. I would highly recommend Sunday Brunch at the Palace Casino. It's amazing. The Ferry out to Ship Island makes for the only real "beach" experience in the area and it's a lot of fun actually. The boat ride is about 50 minutes out, real smooth ride and the island is pristine with a really nice beach on the south side. The Shuckers have a new Minor League stadium right across from the Beau and the breeze off the water at night makes for some really comfortable baseball games if you're into that.

As for gambling, I live at the rapid roulette table at the Hard Rock. If you've never tried that, it's great. Either way, there is virtually no chance you won't have a great time.

If you don't want to go that far y'all could stay on Jekyll or St Simons Island and go out on the Emerald Princess gambling boat. As far as I remember they go out every day of the week.
