Hey guys…. looking for some feedback from those who own and shoot the M&P Bodyguard 2.0….. was at the range yesterday and had an issue with the 12 round magazine releasing multiple times during live fire, causing a FTF…. needless to say, it required re-seating the magazine and cycling the slide…. was firing Max Tech 95 grain FMJ ammo and the gun almost seemed a little "snappier" than usual, so am wondering if the issue is related to the recoil or if the mag release button may have been activated somehow…. although being right-handed, my right thumb placement is along the base of the slide…. with a full three-finger grip below the button…. and no, I don’t have "fat fingers"…. (I didn’t have the 10 round mag with me so couldn’t try a different mag….)
I’ve cycled a couple hundred rounds through the gun and yesterday is the first time with the problem but it happened probably four times in fifty rounds…. Has anyone else noted this type thing?
