Recently had a terrible experience at this so called family run business. I ordered a 6.5 creedmoor bolt gun. Paid the amount in full. Which is their policy and stated on the receipt also that special orders are non refundable and final. Well they call me telling me that the price I was given was incorrect due to an employee error. The difference was $60.00. Wouldn't work with me granted it was their fault. After leaving a message and not receiving a call back. I went down physically to see what was going on. Well first I waited 45 mins before the sons owner came to talk to me. He was rude as hell, answers his personal cell in the middle of the situation. It was a debit transaction so he agreed to refund me in cash since it came out of my account. While waiting up front at the register this lady walks up to my boyfriend and snatches the receipt out of his hand. Doesn't identify herself. Come to find out she's the wife of the owner. Let me tell you this woman was beyond rude and unprofessional. She refuses to refund my money in cash. Tells me it's only 60.00 and I should pay it. I told her to shove it and give me back my money. To me it was the point you don't treat any paying customer in that manner. I will never buy any item from that place ever!

I will be receiving my rifle on Friday from a local correctly run family owned gun shop.

If it was only $60.00 they should have ate it.

I would have told them that they can either give me the rifle I ordered and paid for or they will see me in small claims court. You would have won in court.

I guess they are making enough money from this scare they don't care how they treat customers.

But they are the biggest advertiser on here so I better watch.my cornhole.

"Boycott or boycotting" ain't a practice or even a term I believe in.

I am a firm believer in of the good ole practice of telling anyone willing to listen of how any business handles their customer service though. I'm in retail, I know that $60.00 mistake would cost our company a lot more if we handled this way.

My company lives and dies on the mercy of our repeat customers. Some businesses aren't concerned with a maintaining solid customer base.

That's how we smaller businesses keep the doors open and the employee paychecks from bouncing.

A satisfied customer will tell two or three folks. A dissatisfied customer will tell anyone and everyone that'll listen!
