In my mind, trying to clean sewage waste water to the point that it is once again potable is like trying to pick up a turd from the clean end! That's a hard pass for me, and this make reason #7,963 of why I will NEVER move to California!

Sadly California didn’t fall in ocean quick enough, they are moving inland way to quickly. Should have built a border wall for them

Yes, just letting dirt and nature clean it as it Xmas trees down.

Thank Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for their generous donations to bring potable water to 3rd world countries. So, I guess California qualifies as a third world country.
