A woman in California, who is diagnosed as schizophrenic, accused a Texas man of being dangerous. The Authorities showed up, took his guns and gave him a subpoena to be in CA court in a matter of days to answer.

Exactly, some California POS could just randomly pick a name out of the sky and file a complaint against them. The commies are more than happy to pump that into the national database. Once that happens it's on you to defend yourself at your expense or you could lose your rights to firearms ownership.
