When I see someone wanting to trade a gun for the same type of gun it makes me ask WTF is wrong with the one you got?

Years ago my dad traded a Ruger Single Six with a 4.5" barrel to a guy for his with a 7.5" barrel. My dad thought it sounded funny when he pulled the hammer back but the guy said it just needed to be cleaned. My dad sent it back to Ruger to have it cleaned, he was happy when he got it back cleaned.

I never knew cleaning meant replacing bad parts.

Yup thank the good Lord for rugers lifetime warranty. I've had to use it a few times myself. Sucks shipping on a firearm is so expensive though.
