Can anyone identify this scope mount?

I got this in a package deal. I think it is for an AK47 but not sure. The screws on top are marked EG 10.9. That's the only markings on it. It's made of aluminum.

Being that it's made of aluminum, it probably isn't worth more than $10 bucks, lol.

There are some very high end aluminum mounts out there worth $300+, but this ain't one of them.
