My name is Mark Thorpe,my wife & I are 53,retired. I am looking for a live in care takers job in Virginia within 2 hrs of Washington. Basically,I would be providing live in security for your property.I would patrol property on a daily basis looking for vandals ,poachers,ect. I am an experienced hunter & would remove any animals dangerous to stock or game animals. I would also do light maintainance &yard care for garden/ lawn area of the residence. I have over 20 years experience as an armed guard,and handy man experience from doing construction work. My wife would be with me , assiting in any upkeep. I grew up in Strasburg, Va,would like to get back there near my family.
The house I would be occupying must be livable, have running water,electricity & heat.
My Salary is negotible-I rec. a small monthly pension-basically, You would supply housing as part of my salary,and monetary recompence depending on what other services you would want my wife & I to preform. I would like to have a cat or dog,& keep chickens if possible.
I Currently live in Ga.. Virginia is my home & my Kids & Grand Kids live there. My lease Expires here in October 2013-I will be available to move then.
