Just curious what ya'll think about all of this.
Here's my take...for what it's worth.
I think Casey is a very sick person...the whole family is messed up. I feel like she is most probably guilty.
HOWEVER, I do not believe that the prosecution presented evidence that proves that, beyond any and all reasonable doubt, Casey murdered her daughter.
Did she lie throughout the whole ordeal? Yes.
Was her behavior completely inappropriate and suspicious after her daughter's "disappearance"? Yes.
Was there some sort of cover up going on? Yes.
Would I be surprised to find out that she did it? No.
Do I feel that she probably did do it? Yes
BUT...I really don't think there is any real evidence that proves that she murdered her daughter. They can prove she is a liar and a psychopath, but they don't have any evidence of the actual murder.
If I were a juror, I could not, in good conscience, say that the evidence presented proves that, beyond any and all reasonable doubt, she murdered her child.
