Just curious what ya'll think about all of this.

Here's my take...for what it's worth.

I think Casey is a very sick person...the whole family is messed up. I feel like she is most probably guilty.

HOWEVER, I do not believe that the prosecution presented evidence that proves that, beyond any and all reasonable doubt, Casey murdered her daughter.

Did she lie throughout the whole ordeal? Yes.
Was her behavior completely inappropriate and suspicious after her daughter's "disappearance"? Yes.
Was there some sort of cover up going on? Yes.
Would I be surprised to find out that she did it? No.
Do I feel that she probably did do it? Yes

BUT...I really don't think there is any real evidence that proves that she murdered her daughter. They can prove she is a liar and a psychopath, but they don't have any evidence of the actual murder.

If I were a juror, I could not, in good conscience, say that the evidence presented proves that, beyond any and all reasonable doubt, she murdered her child.

I think she did it, plain and simple. While almost all the evidence is circumstantial, the defense's version of events is obviously complete bs, and they've even contradicted themselves on a few occasions. The direct evidence that is present, points entirely to her. Therefore, in my mind, I'm past reasonable doubt. Guilty.

Even though I voted no for 1st degree, premeditated, (because it was the only choice) she gets no pass from me. She is breathing and wasting good air. Guilty of too many things to continue. Send her on...

it'll be a lesser charge. but with everything combined she'll get a long sentence. i believe in my heart she did it. hope she gets the max.
