Central GA Area-Somone check my AR's headspace?

I may have a headspace issue and I'd like to verify that... I'm in Macon and my AR is chambered in 5.56 but factory 223 is sticking in the chamber... Does anyone have a go gauge I could use for about 5 minutes?
