Changing name of thread

I have seen threads where the title of the thread has been changed to SOLD or TRADED or things have been added to the title.

How do you do that?

I have a pistol that has tentatively been traded. I would like to change the title to TRADED, PENDING MEET or add it to the title, but I cannot figure out how to do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Click on 'Edit Post'. When you get to the edit screen look at the bottom and click on 'Go Advanced'. You will then see the title can be changed at the top. Good luck on completing the trade.

once the item is gone there is also a button on the top left that will change the title to item gone and lock the thread
