I'm planning on buying one of the new PA-10 lowers and need to do a FFL transfer to get it into the state. Does anyone know of a dealer that will do an incoming ffl for less than $20? I know it's not a lot of money, but it seems ridiculous to pay $20 for someone to make a notation in a book. I'm a Georgia carry member with a permit if that matters.

Not sure what Ed's on N Henry Blvd charges for transfers, have you tried them? You're actually paying them for their time and effort in handling your transfer, on their FFL, for a sale they get no money on...I've had places do them for free and paid up to $30 sometimes...unfortunately, CCW doesn't matter...Good Luck!

Edited to add: I was going to suggest Quiet Riot also, but hit submit too fast!
