Cleaning Guns -farm out?

Not sure where to put this, but does anyone have their guns cleaned professionally? If so, how much do you pay for a semi auto pistol vs revolver vs rifle?

Do you use a gunsmith or private individual?

If they are a private individual are you comfortable with leaving your weapon with them since they are not a storefront and assumingly no business insurance?

I've always cleaned my own. I only use a gunsmith for something I can't do. Or couldn't do as well as them

I just trade them off when they’re dirty.

Hard question most don’t clean them you lucky to purchase 1-5 used that are throughly cleaned.

I solve the cleaning problem by never firing most my guns. Truth

I haven't cleaned a gun since I retired. Haven't been shooting either. Got used to free ammo. Hard to go back to buying it again......

I clean my own gun. Not only do I know it’s been cleaned well but it helps me get that much more familiar with it.
