Article is full of inaccuracies. It does not mention Vermont (the original Constitutional carry state) or Alaska (second CC state) in the list at the end.

I lived in Fairbanks Alaska for like 4 years. Never saw anyone shot and we were drunk, carrying, in the pitch black darkness majority of the year. Hard to get dem arctic mitts inside tha trigger well yo. But seriously all was fine like I assume Vermont is.
