never seen smoked meatloaf before so i had to try it... cooking right now !!!

I smoked a meatloaf last month. The wife had it all prepared to be cooked and had to work all day. It was in the 90's that day and there was no way in hell I was turning the oven on. I threw it in the smoker for a while and it came out delicious. It married my love of meatloaf with my love of smoked meat.

Any body got a good recipe for some good fall off the bone ribs? I bought smoker over the weekend and im just trying to learn a few recipes and tips.

I smoked a boston butt on Sunday and it turned out great.

Next I wanna try some spare or babybacks on my new smoker.
