Couldn't find an older RCBS wadcutter seating stem for 32 S&W Long so I made one.

Out of a 1/4" X 28 TPI 3" bolt. Ground the head down to .308" (matching the profile of the SWC stem I DID have). Cut a notch for the screw driver, a little copper sulfide to black it up and viola! A makeshift stem for the older style RCBS dies. Works fine.

I didn't want to fill the "cup" of the existing semi-wadcutter stem.

That's some solid DIY work. Clean result and it looks like it belongs in the die set from the start. Nice call not messing with the original stem and just making your own.

Honestly with skills like that you could help out a few reloaders who don't have the tools or patience. A lot of folks run into the same problem with older dies and random calibers. Might be more than just a one time fix.
