CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 Form 1

I hope this is a quick question for you all. I'm wanting to SBR my CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1. I understand that you have to make the gun 922(r) compliance as well to make it legal. I will probably get the Scorpion Evo factory stock with the 922(r) compliance kit (whenever I can find one). My question is, what do you put down as the 'Overall Length' on the e-form when filling out the form 1? I found a reddit thread that a person was approved and he said he put 26" as the 'Overall Length".

FYI, as of right now I have an arm brace kit (buffer tube) w/ the SIG brace on it.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It is 26" long with the SBR stock. Thats what I put for mine, Im 3 months in waiting. I have the kit, and thats what it measures.

I got mine from BullsEye in Lawrenceville. Kits are hard to find right now, but when the next import of scorpions comes to market they should be back. Wait it out and don't over pay. I paid $199 for my kit, not the $300+ people are asking.

You can find the overall length easily by looking at the Evo 3 A1 submachine gun sold outside of the USA.

OAL: 625-675 mm (24.6" - 26.6")

I have an approved form 1 done with OAL 26"

Help... I'm in the process of SBR'ing my EVO and its asking for Manufacturer and Country.
It doesn't list CZ-USA and doesn't allow me to pick USA for manufacturing country... Need some guidance please

That's because your gun isn't made in the USA, nor is it made by CZ USA.
