Czech IT Company Purchases/Purchasing US Ammunition Companies

Suppose one morning the 30 year old billionaire owner wakes up [or becomes woke] and decides [or is persuaded] that he can end gun violence by halting all production of ammunition marketed for the general public. Yep. Ouch.
You assume the 30 year old billionaire can afford to halt production.
Since he is already a billionaire, I think there is a really good chance he does and can do what he wants/chooses without recourse. Thanks.
There's better businesses to be in than the boom-bust of ammo manufacturing.
This is probably for the best since the US companies behind these brands haven't exactly distinguished themselves for their manufacturing and management prowess. Maybe having a single 'boss' may make them run a lot better.
If this was Chinese ownership I'd be 100% against it, but as mentioned in the article, Czech is a different deal. And it's not like they are shutting down US plants, if anything a cash infusion will benefit them.
This is kind of like CZ buying out Colt. You hate to see these traditional US brands owned by other countries, but there's a reason that they were in that position in the first place.
Overall I doubt we'll see any difference here because of this though.
