Well we've covered this one a time or two before. Turns out there ain't no neg cutoff point. And I have to agree with the mods and their theory on that. It's a free forum and supposedly grown folks can post pretty much whatever they like. If they don't honor their word then it's a matter of public record. If YOU (as that supposed grown up) choose to deal with them then that's on YOU. AND...if they were banned permanently then they would just make up a new username and start all over again with a clean slate. Right about here you should think back to all them Scout Masters ( and priests) in the 90s that got caught doing the Diddy with young boys. So they just moved a few states away and kept right on Diddying.
Now...with all that being said I will acknowledge that a neg can happen to ANYONE. Like my experience on eBay many years ago I can tell you with certainty that sooner or later you WILL run into that one jagoff that wants to **** your score way more than he wants his $5.00 item. So far it hasn't happened to me and I hope it doesn't. My ODT feedback is all I got. Don't ask about my credit score. But I deal with guys with one or two negs all the time. I just consider who it is/ what it is and how much I stand to possibly lose. I ain't been wrong so far.
Now as far as that double digit neg member you mentioned...well as I've said before we as a country are looking at shame in the rearview mirror.
If I ever made a deal with a member with that kind of feedback, seller would have to meet me and buy me lunch
I don't know man... There's one in particular around the outskirts of the middle GA area with double digit negs that I wouldn't stop to piss on if he was burning up on the side of the highway. R T comes to mind. And he seems to prefer flipping high dollar guns and milsurp stuff. And unfortunately that is just the type of stuff that attracts the D bag opportunists. It's really easy to get burned with those types of guns just like with muscle cars and high end watches. And so you get the shameless crooks along with them.
Meanwhile us poors sell guns to poors for the poors. As my daughter's last daycare lady would say "You get what get and don't pitch a fit."
But seriously I know guys that have been around here longer than me with a neg or two. It doesn't bother me. I can read between the lines and figure it out.
Maybe get a Handy out of the deal too......

Yep ! Old RT has been racking them up ! Another guy in Douglas County has like 4-5 , lawyer talked me and didn’t show . Like you , I wouldn’t pees in his ear if his brains were on fire !
