The one by me has several hunting rifles with scopes. However, I am not sure of the prices.
If you can't find a cheap combo there you may have to up your offer.

You got a friend you can borrow one from? I’ve done it and a friend is borrowing one of mine this year to hunt with. I don’t think I’ve seen one that cheap with scope in years. Best I’ve seen is a $350 7mm Mauser at a pawn shop and someone give you the scope (Tasco world class maybe) but you’d need to buy mounts and ammo which will get you closer to $400.

In The fall of each year AcademySports often has a sale on cheap hunting rifles-- ones by Savage, Mossberg, etc.
They're often only $300 with an inexpensive 3X to 9X variable power scope.
