Very tragic and close to home. Lots of hearsay, most will never know the facts. Honestly I hope some big wigs get fired over the training/supervision issues. Accountability is lost in the new culture. My2ct

Two people were killed and a third seriously injured when a tire exploded as it was being removed from a Delta Air Lines plane at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Yep doing alright. Been taking a little break.
Very sad incident indeed and completely preventable. Procedures were skipped and sadly it resulted in deaths.
While I haven't been at work in a few weeks I heard the same. The techs started to disassemble an inflated tire/wheel assembly and it exploded.
