Older Dillon 650
Primer system problems.
3 to 5% failure due to primer to case missalignment.
E-mailed Dillon with problem, told them that I have two of these presses, the newer one works, the other has an issue, told them what I had done to try and fix the problem. I offered to send the machine to them for overhaul, or to replace a few more suspect parts in the primer system.
Result: three days later an envelope of parts arrives--no charge.
--over the years, I have owned a Square Deal B, a 550, and two 650's--they all work well, and Dillon has made sure that they continue to work.
