Closed DMs/Messages Not Showing Up in Inbox

Hey ODT Mods/Staff/Admins,

I had a fellow ODT'er send me DMs, but they are not showing up in my inbox. We were chatting fine over a thread and wanted to move to DMs. Can ya'll look into this for me, please? Screenshot is attached.

Just got your "Test messages" in my inbox, but will leave this for admins to review and see if this is an ongoing issue for ODT'ers.

PMs should be working fine. Testing seems normal. Let me know if it happens again and I can investigate more deeply. Could have possibly been sent at a weird time when we were testing something else. Closing this for now.
