Does anyone know anything about this knife?

Picked up this knife at the gun show in Lawrenceville yesterday. The guy who sold it to me didn't know much about it. I'm just wandering if anyone here knows anything about this knife, its maker, its logo, etc, etc. I would highly appreciate any info. Thanks!

Reminds me of many of the Browning knives. Dunno about the maker, though. You might have better luck asking over at bladeforums.

I paid $140 for it. Quite reasonable for its quality, I think.

I just loved the way it looks. The steel is quite alright, the overall quality and craftsmanship seems to be alright, too. So, I just said to myself "I want this damn knife"
