beautiful place if you haven't been out there. I went last year with a buddy on the 2nd hunt and we didn't see a thing.
Get out there super early to get your spot. I went out there the day before and hung my stand and got out to the tree atleast an hour before daybreak and someone had already set up shop about 50 ft from my stand.

It don't matter for me. We can meet down there somewhere. I used to work
in Social Circle so I know the area pretty well..
I hate that when that happens!!! I try to get as far away from everybody
else if I can..
Well, since baiting is legal on private land, I would look at borders. I was picked and know where I will be.
I hunted it last year on the Geezer Hunt. Only 3 camps in campground. Saw several deer. Killed a huge doe wif no teef. OLD gal.Let some other does and young bucks walk. Beautiful WMA. Loved it. Will be back next Geezer Hunt.
