Ear bud hearing protection.. which brand & model

All right, school me on which model/brand is best. Looking for something that will protect/enhance and fit under a helmet.

Rifle and pistol. I shoot mostly suppressed, but am alongside lots of folks who do not. Like to stay under $250.
