Looking for a factory BMC, Daniel Defense, Spikes Tactical, etc. Only QUALITY complete factory lowers, I'd prefer some sort of receipt, or proof of purchase to show you didn't buy a lower then put a POS parts kit and stock kit on it.

That, my friends, is priceless!!! I have several factory built lowers that could be qualified as POS when compared to several of my custom builds. Not sure the logic but to each his own or to slightly misquote Cicero: "Iustitia suum cuique distribuit." ("Justice renders to everyone his due.")
Well I’ve persoanlly had a PSA parts kit out of spec, cause problems in the bolt catch, and looked up to see a pin almost falling out of a lower receiver. Not something I want to run the risk of, knowing there’s companies that make their own parts kits and can control the quality better than lower end ones. I’ve not had that problem in any of my Daniels, or my BCM. I’d rather pay a little more and know for a fact what I’m getting.
I understand your logic and reasoning, but you will also find issues with quality control by some of the major players. Spif happens.
I have a Rock River Lower and Aero Precision M4E1 complete lowers. The Precision is a "BLEM" with a machine mark under the Safety. Both a new.
