Fair Price for Beretta 92 A1

I have a used Beretta 92 A1 in excellent condition. It's only had 1 box of 50 9mm through it. A friend of friend has expressed interest in buying it. What do you guys think is a fair price to sell it for? It comes with 2 magazines. Any and all input will be appreciated.
