I want the TK75. I had one for a little bit and then felt guilty about having a $200 flashlight and sent it back... it was a BEAST. now i'm down to a few PD35's,TK32, TK35ue.
That tk16 looks awesome! how do you like it so far? how are the controls? simple enough?
I initially felt the same way, but I got over it real quick! I have the TK75, and man that thing is insane! I got it through their clearance section at a reduced price because the box was damaged. I have yet to receive the TK16, it should be here Thursday, so I can't speak for it yet, but I am confident that it is as awesome as the others.
Nice well let me know what you think of it. Also, which tk75 would you buy if you were going to get another one? the 3 LED one at 2900 lumens or the new 4 LED at 4000? I was reading something or another about how the new one doesn't throw as well but I have no idea.
I am clueless on 4000 lumen, because I got the 2900. But I tell you what, the 2900 is more than anyone should ever need, even in search scenarios, and certainly more than the average person should EVER need. This thing is better than headlights on a car! I'll get back to with an update on the TK16. My preference for power is 18650, and thus the reasoning for my decisions, but with that being said, the top of the line batteries are upwards of $15 a piece, so you have to keep your eyes open for sales on the batteries. Orbtronic is my choice for the 18650 battery.
