FIRST EVER! Seller changed mind on sale sail!

You drove out to meet him/her and they backed out? That's really messed up. I once drove to meet a guy that had tried and tried to talk me down on a rifle I was selling. He finally agreed to a price, and I drove 30 miles to meet the s*&t head. He looks at the rifle, after countless photos of it being sent to him and decides to back out. I didn't bat an eye and just left. I truly believe he wanted me to offer it to him for less, after driving so far. I sold it the next day to someone that was honorable and blocked the other trader. Which by the way had several hundred sales under his belt. He just wanted to flip it. Well, he can flip off.

Where do you shop? $3.50?!?

I went to three meets to buy. Two of the guns were wayyyy worse than described and pics shown. On the other gun it just wasn't as nice of condition as expected it was as much a collector gun as a shooter. The first two we negotiated on price. I usually don't do that but both guns were good parts guns. I don't think either of those guys had much gun knowledge. So really didn't have much knowledge on describing condition. The third guy I offered him $50 for time and gas money as it was just an honest mistake on condition on both of us. He offered to negotiate on that one. We both walked away satisfied. So sometimes things are an honest mistake and sometimes not.
