First Ruger 10/22

Have had and have many 22lr but strangely never the 10/22. Just picked up this beauty! It’s a Talo wood takedown that I’ve never seen before. Need to find a scope or red dot now.

Those of you with takedowns. What’s y’all’s recommendation for scope or red dot?

Probably not the right color but I posted a real nice Silver Tasco Red Dot that came off a 10/22. It's one of the Japanese ones and price is right.

A red dot is super fun and quick on a 10/22 take down IMHO

I have a Bushnell scope on mine.

I've swapped out optics a few times but I prefer a basic red dot for my quiet Lil plinker.

Get the Magpul optics mount that lets you put a red dot on the barrel. I have return to zero shift with the red dot on the receiver.
