I would guess that the owner of this estate started as a "trader" of everything he owned after the original purchase. I would furthermore guess that most of the things he owned were "for sale", for the right price. All the engine parts would indicate that he also was a mechanic of some type. He had a lot of guns that I would like if they were closer to home.
I'm sure the man loved hunting and fishing and I hope he had a lifetime of both his hobbies. RIP
