That stinks. @GoNoGo used to be countryfolks gun store. Then they added an arcade and restaurant. Looks like they got caught up in the growth of the county and taxes ate them up. The county has gotten too big for its britches. Running all the folk that made it what it was out. Chasing the dollar. Sucks

Friend of mine had a piece of property surveyed and valued by a licensed professional surveyor. Came back with a value of around $350k. Forsyth Co sent the latest prop tax letter and has it valued at over $550k. Went to the tax office with the survey and appraisal and FoCo pretty much said to screw off. They are appealing. How in the HELL is there over a $200k valuation by the county over a licensed professionals valuation???? FoCo is being ran by crooks. Cherokee County is running a close second.
